At the University of Richmond, advancing inclusion, belonging, and access is a shared responsibility that strengthens our community. The Inclusion and Belonging Impact Fund supports initiatives that help UR remain a relentlessly welcoming space for people of all backgrounds, viewpoints, and experiences.
Consistent with the University’s mission to “educate students for lives of purpose, thoughtful inquiry, and responsible leadership in a diverse world,” this fund expands programs that foster dialogue, enhance cultural awareness, and create meaningful opportunities for engagement.
