Gifts to Pickleball Club contribute to...
Richmond Club Pickleball is a fast-growing student organization that welcomes players of all skill levels, from first-time beginners to competitive tournament athletes. This fall, we reached 166 registered members, with 16 competing in tournaments while proudly representing the University of Richmond.
This semester marked a major step forward for our program. We launched a new partnership with Elevate Pickleball, giving our tournament players access to affordable gear. We also competed in two major events:
- College Cup (Richmond, VA): Our A team placed third and became the first team in Richmond Club Sports history to win prize money.
- UVA Invitational (Charlottesville, VA): We continued building our competitive presence at a higher level.
For many students, Richmond Club Pickleball is more than just a sport. It is a community where people meet friends, relieve stress, and feel connected on campus. Running a growing club comes with real costs. Your support helps cover:
- Hosting our on-campus tournament
- Tournament entry fees
- Indoor court rentals when weather limits outdoor play
